01 / THE BRIEF
Bringing Snooza into the 21st century.
Snooza needed a major overhaul of its Shopify Plus store. The brief brought together a refreshed design, a new theme and integration with a new ERP system.
I was responsible for the design and development work, as well as the ERP integration. That made this a project spanning both the store customers use and the systems the business relies on.
02 / THE STOREFRONT
A fresh design. A custom theme.
I redesigned the storefront and developed the Shopify Plus theme to bring that direction to life. The work translated the new visual approach into the actual shopping experience.
Design and implementation sat within the same scope, so decisions about the customer experience could be carried through into the theme itself.
03 / THE SYSTEMS
Connecting commerce to a new ERP.
Alongside the storefront overhaul, I integrated a new ERP system with Shopify Plus. The connection between the website and the wider business was a central part of the brief.
The delivered scope brought the redesign, theme development and ERP integration together as one commerce overhaul.
